His professional background includes over three decades of experience in operational, stores, logistics and administrative environments, providing first-hand understanding of inventory, procurement, maintenance, repair/refit and management-information processes.

Following completion of government service, this experience was brought together under CCSS to provide customised software development, maintenance and consultancy services.
